Photography & Services

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Cancellations made within a specified timeframe (e.g., 48–72 hours) may forfeit payment

• Rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability

Events & Tickets

• Tickets are generally non-refundable, but may be transferable

• In the case of cancellation by us, refunds or credits may be issued

Digital Products / Magazine Features

• Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final

• No refunds will be issued once content is delivered or published

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in rare cases at our discretion.
